(shows what the student has participated in during college)

Example 1: This is an example of a certificate that can be given to someone for anything that they have accomplished. The certificate above has a border that makes it stand out. However, the layout and colors of this certificate are not eye catching. A certificate of this nature can be very colorful and creative because it is an informal certificate. It is the certificate that is given to a family member. A certificate that will be given to someone professional should contain this type of colors and border. It is simple and easy to read. This certificate gives space for someone to write in the date and place where the event/activity took place. Adding another section to explain why they got this award is good way for a person to show different things that they accomplished. The certificate above is very informal and not very professional.

Example 2: This is an extremely formal certificate. It gives the information that makes this person worthy of this award. The seal at the bottom of the page shows that this is an important document. This certificate gives spaces to write in the name of the person receiving this certificate. The colors and layout of this certificate is very formal and is something that can be used when giving out certificates in a formal setting. The important information on this certificate are in bold which helps it to stand out. It helps the reader to be directed to the information that is important. When designing a certificate, people should take into account the colors and text sizes. These are two important aspects that stand out in certificates.

Example 3: This certificate has good contrast with colors. The green border around the white middle section helps to make it stand out. The whit background helps make the text on this certificate stand out. The layout of this certificate is professional and can be used in a formal setting. One thing that would make this certificate better is a spot for the reasons why the person is receiving this award. This would make it a good certificate to send to a future employer. the future employer would be able to see the accomplishments that this person has done to receive this type of award. The alignment of this certificate makes it easy to read and follow.

Ear Step 3: Certificate to future employer
(telling the future employer the accomplishments a student has made in the Best Buddies club)

When making my certificate to a future employer. I thought about the different aspects involved with the PAGE and CRAP principles. I used my models to get an understanding of how different certificates looks. After looking at these example, I designed my own.
